The Pizza Truck
Our truck features one open side allowing customers to see exactly how our delicious creations come to be and appreciate their order coming piping hot out of the oven. We built the truck off a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 513 base. After a lot of hard work, sweat and patience we’re very proud of the result and would love the opportunity to show it off at your awesome location!
Our requirements at any location:
Dimensions: 8m wide, 3.8m(open hatch) deep and 3.6m high.
230V 2.8Kw electrical connection. (Within 25m of the spot planned for our Truck)
A drinking water connection. (Within 25m of the spot planned for our Truck).
At bigger events we require the possibility to empty our grey water tank.
The Build
What started out as an insurmountable challenge turned into one of the richest learning experiences of our lives. From buying the empty 5.5T truck, to cutting out the sales hatch, building the oven and then outfitting the truck with all the necessary inner structure there was never a dull moment.
