Wood Fired Pizza
Our traditional wood-fired pizza oven sourced from France based Ephrem Fusion Fours, operates at 450 degrees Celsius. This allows your pizza to be cooked fresh in roughly 90 seconds . The unique charred effect combined with the smokey wood-burned aromas of the fire creates the real authentic experience of wood fired pizza.

Our Concept
The Truck
Our truck features one open side allowing customers to see exactly how our delicious creations come to be and appreciate their order coming piping hot out of the oven. We built the truck off a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 513 base. After a lot of hard work, sweat and patience we’re very proud of the result and would love the opportunity to show it off at your awesome location!
The Trailer
The romantic version – for smaller events of up to 200 guests. The trailer is a more adaptable concept and can go almost anywhere fitting into any setting.
